19 Oct Albion PROS Set to Represent San Diego in US Open Cup 2017
After an incredible premier season 2016 for the Albion PROS, the National Quarterfinalist has gained the honor to participate in the 2017 Lamar Hunt US Open Cup.
The oldest cup competition in United States Soccer dates back to 1914, and hosts matches between professional teams across all different leagues, from NPSL to MLS. The Albion PROS are preparing to challenge this year´s winner FC Dallas and their likes to continue to gain national attention in year two, with the first match being held on March 12th, 2017, against a contender uncertain at this point. The Albion Pros have earned their spot in United States´ most prestigious competition by winning the Southwestern Conference this year as one of the few teams remaining undefeated during NPSL´s regular season.
