18 Jan Defender Aleks Berkolds Drafted by the Seattle Sounders
Aleks was part of our ASC San Diego team, Ziggy Korytoski and his coaching staff did a great job growing him for the whole season. Yesterday we got the news he was part of the Super Draft and moving to Seattle very soon. We believe it’s a nice story to push, ASC San Diego was at the beginning of his soccer career and we are proud !

I am proud to see a player come through the system and be recognized by the MLS. We have built a system to push players on to the highest level. We now have produced players to the MLS, Spain, and Mexico professional leagues. We wish Aleks the best and look forward to supporting him on his journey.
